Organizational Patterns for Software Architecture
Pattern Languages of Programming, September 1997

Abstract: This pattern language describes software development in an organization in which the principles of software architecture are firmly in place. The patterns focus on organizational and management concerns and solutions, and are especially focused on the informal practices used by managers to enable their organizations to be successful with software architecture.
